Where next? After June 30th

RCT Socialist Update no. 21

After the magnificent strike action on June 30th of public sector workers against the governments pension attacks the question is raised where next in the battle against the cuts. With politicians from all the main parties supporting and voting for huge cuts in jobs and services but with more and more poeple begining to fight back against these policies it is important for us as socialists and anti-cuts activists to ask the question Where next?

Come along to the meeting this wednesday to dicuss that very question, in the meantime we not take a look at these reports from around the country from the strikes and rallies on June 30th http://www.socialistparty.org.uk/articles/12329/30-06-2011/reports-massive-30-june-public-sector-pensions-strike
Also read this aricle which argues the next step in the battle against cuts http://www.socialistparty.org.uk/articles/12333/01-07-2011/next-step-one-day-public-sector-strike
